Hi Annetta and a big psoriasis cub welcome 
to you I hope you will find some interesting information here about the treatments, I see fred has pointed you towards the biological treatments page, which if you look at it, it seems as if your dermatologist is trying biologicals that target different cells which is probably the right thing to do, unfortunately it is a bit hit and miss as not all drugs work the same on everybody for various reasons ......But take heart there is a drug that will work for you I'm sure and there are lots more coming along, as you will see in the newsletter 
One thing you do need to do is give a drug a fair time to start working some can work slowly so the advice I will give is be patient ( not easy ) before switching
