. Sorry I can't be any help with your running. My running problems can be sorted with a handkerchief Whistle

my nose is all that runs these days. But what I would suggest is avoid anything containing Elastian/Lycra as this is a known irritant as I can wholeheartedly attest to with my socks. I cannot wear socks with more than 2% elastain, I always end up with a real angry band where the cuff sits.
