Interesting. But they always have a saying things as complex as possible,

Translated in my own words:

There is a family relation, which we knew as there are certain groups of DNA involved.
If family history is Psoriasis, then you wil have larger chance of getting your Psoriasis earlier in your life.
If family history is Psoriatic Arthritis then you have a lower chance of getting Psoriasis (fits with my situation) and a higher chance of deformations because of your Psoriatic Arthritis (luckily not with me) .
