You have a good chance of success if you can tough out the side effects in the short term. Having your drug with a meal helps minimise the tummy upsets, and if things get really tough a few skipped doses aren't disastrous. I started getting good results within six weeks. After nearly 18 months of treatment I have gone from over 30% plaque coverage to around 1% coverage with quiet plaques. A few ups and downs, but a worthwhile journey.
