Well Stephen if it's not working I wouldn't wait for the dermatologist to have her baby. I would tell the locum that you need a change for the sake of your sanity.... Mention that you have read on here the various other treatments used by members. Tell him you hear that Fumaderm is being prescribed in the uk and you really need something to clear your skin.
If they do give it to you though it won't be a quick fix, but when it does start to work , it should change your life, well it did mine.
I do hope you get some support from your dermatologist, and they help you to get clear again soon
