Hello Kevin. There is no best time of the day as long as you are keeping to 4 weeks between shots then it should work. Also location of the shot makes no difference.

However as you have been on it 3 months I'm afraid it's probably not for you and you will need to try another. People are usually pulled off a Bio if there is no improvement after 12 weeks.

I would speak to your dermatologist if I was you and see what else they have for you to try.
