I may be wrong but treating people for psoriasis when it is not psoriasis is not a good thing.
Have you ever had a biopsy done ? That would definitely give you and your doctors an answer. It is not painful and they only need a tiny bit to find out, so maybe ask for a biopsy and get an answer.
