Sorry to hear you are still having the migraines - I get them but it’s usually hormonal for me not related to the drugs, though I think I have linked the start of a headache with sleeping on my back - sometimes just the pressure on the back of my head/ neck starts one off. They looked into it when I had the  xrays and mri for psa, but haven’t seen anything yet.

My only advice on migraine is don’t hold off on taking painkillers - have some by the bed in case you get it in the night, and carry them around with you as you can sometimes nip them in the bud before they get really bad, and I find soluble paracetamol works better for me than the tablets. Do you get the ‘aura’ which is funny eyesight before the headache?
