Extra extra tip: of course, being as nude as possible in the sun is the best, so I can advise you to take a regular dip in the sea when the sun shines, salt water and the sun is good for the skin.
But if you think that is not for you, than you could also go to the sauna on a sunny day. Lots of moistening, warmth, sun in the outside, relaxing and you don't have to wear clothes.
