Skilarence [Duncan's thread]

Looks like another drug failed due to diarrhoea.
 I tried Oteza. It was working but the longer I was on it, the worse my diarrhoea got.
I am now on Skilerence. Only got to 2x 120mg tablets a day. No will I get to 6 a day. Horrendous stomach pains at times, but the diarrhoea is now bad

Very limited what I can take due to high blood pressure

Hi Duncan sorry the Skilarence is giving you the cramps and worse still the diarrhoea if it has only got like this since upping the dose. If it has just begun I would say drop back a tablet and see how it goes it might be your body resisting the increase
To minimise the cramps and maybe the diarrhoea make sure you drink plenty and  take with food.
And as Caroline suggests take them with yoghurt

Its difficult to take them with a meal 3 times a day.
It says to increase the dosage every week. Ill stay on the 2 a day and see if my body gets used to them.
Cramps arnt the main problem. I have found drinking when they come on relieves it. Its the diarrhoea. Scared to go out of the house for long.
Ill see how it goes
