Hello Duncan,

I cannot add much to the helpful comments proffered. Keeping well hydrated and taking your medication with a good meal, preferably with plenty of dairy, is the way to go. I found that pre-dosing with N-acetyl l-cysteine reduced the side effects, but as I now take half the DMF dose on its own with good effect I don't bother with anything. I am over six and a half years on the raw chemical with excellent and ongoing results.

I wasn't as bad today. Using Imodium took the urge away. Its hard having them with a meal as I started a diet 1 month ago. Weight wont help my skin or my heal damage. I will stay on 2 tablets a week until my body gets used to it. If it doesn't, they arnt for me
