Thanks for the update it sounds as if the coal tar is working well for you and it's great if you are seeing improvements

The baking soda and oatmeal baths seem to also be helping . I hope it continues to improve for you and look forward to reading your updates

Thank you Jim!  I will review the link when I'm ready to post pics...progress is slow, however I am thrilled to see any progress!  While the psoriasis still appears "angry", it's improving.  I would recommend anyone to try the baking soda/oatmeal for plaques.  The relief it provides from itching/burning/scaling is such a welcome feeling!
