They tell you up front that it doesn't "last". Basically on average you can expect 3-6 months laser free before needing to start back again.
I have one spot that is quite irritated. It became even more scaly and itchy and although I try to leave it alone, sometimes I end up scratching without thinking. I hate when I feel the scales as it makes me want to pick at it. It's quite raw at the moment so I'm trying very hard to leave it alone. I'll mention it Tuesday and see what they say.
