to the forum it's a very valid question and the only advice I can give is be very careful with steroid creams anywhere the sun don't shine ( in skin folds ) as this will I'm told thin the skin much quicker in these places
I would scour through the natural remedies and prescribed treatments a popular moisturiser is coconut oil, but there are many others
You will find here a wealth of knowledge and a bunch of friendly people with psoriasis in common, who are always ready to offer support to one another, do enjoy your time here and you will get some better answers than mine I'm sure, but a lot of members are European so may not be on as it's the middle of the night here
