Very annoying that you have guttate. I don’t know if there is anyone at the forum who also has that and can give some experience advice.
Most of us have other forms, but we all know that stopping a treatment often leads to a vengeance. Also most of us know that in the end the creams and topicals will not win the battle.
If treatment with diet and sun would work for you, that might be the best way. Our member alan540 has written a lot about is and also artemie is successfully on that track.
From fellow sufferers over here I have heard that they have good results with sorion creme, but I don’t know if that is available with you.
