Rinvoq goes for psoriatic arthritis approval

I would like to know if AbbVie really knows what Psoriatic Arthritis is for a kind of a disease.

This holds for many diseases that it is complex and heterogeneous, even common colds fall under it.
So: What is Psoriatic Arthritis ? And why?
Is it an auto-immune disease? (I have believed that for a long time, but then... Where are the antibodies?)

I am less enthousiastic as Jim, because again Psoriatic Arthritis seems to be switched equal with rheumatic arthritis and i really believe they are quite different.
