The thing that helped me most with this site was the technical and personal information. If you ask for help - people will respond. I think the best thing is "never be alone with psoriasis". In my opinion, these folks are on to something because of their exposure to better or advanced options - at least it seems that way. I was worried either I shared too much or did not share when I needed to. I ran a lot of things by Fred if I was uncertain. Hard to unload private details sometimes. But I felt better when I did.
