That looks awful Martin. I am disgusted that someone claiming to be a medical professional could let you get like that. Disgraceful! For now, put all your effort into getting treated. Fighting will add to your stress levels at a time when you don't need more angst. There will be plenty of time when you are well. Documenting your condition and circumstances is important, although from your pics you seem to be all over that aspect.
