The irony of that is indeed devastating. No wonder you are angry and sad at the same time, I had the same when the rheumatologist said to me that I might end up in a wheel chair.
Fighting back, controlling yourself is the only option. You are quite on your way with that, I admire your approach.
The problem (was really writing something else, but you are not allowed to curse on this forum
) of psoriasis, but especially of the way treating it, is that it all is slow moving with no guarantees. Don't worry for now, just go on, and believe in yourself. Perhaps you don't think so, but there still are backup treatments.
