I know Psoprotect !! 
There are even two versions, you have Psoprotect for the professionals, dermatologists etc and you have Psoprotectme where the patients themselves can report their issues/side-effects, etc.
Indeed we had already discussed somewhere in the covid thread that it might be possible that our biologicals might protect against Covid as bio's block certain cytokines and Covid is known for the so called cytokine storm.
Would be very interesting to dig deeper in this stuff.
For now the research is not very broad yet.
@Jim, remember that DMF also moderates several cytokines to a lower level...
