But but.....
isn’t Synovitis the utmost cause of Psoriatic Arthritis?
What other is Psoriatic Arthritis other than that?
And isn’t Cosentyx not meant for Psoriatic Arthritis specifically? Blocking IL-17? And isn’t it then more or less logical or obvious that it then appears that this Synovitis reduces and thus Psoriatic Arthritis goed down?

Or am I thinking too simple?
