Thank you for the clarification. I have read of the formulations being both enteric coated and slow release, but of course I only have first hand knowledge of the raw material. The greater efficacy of the larger dose in my case makes me think that the efficacy relates to the rate of absorption and is non-linear.

I have just been looking around to find an answer and it seems that Fumaderm is just enteric coated but it's ms stablemate tecfidera is slow release

An interesting aside Bill is on an ms forum there is a guy there who makes his own " tecfidera" type tablets in Germany
