Don't worry about it being your first time using a forum, you will find a very friendly bunch of members so just shout out if you get stuck and someone will soon jump in to help or you can get help here Staff
We have members only boards if you prefer keeping things away from the public domain, you can find [Group Specific] here it's a good way to get to know our members and once you have made 10 posts you can have your own journal if you wish.
Taltz has had good reports from our members, you can put it in the Search facility (whilst logged-in) and you will find a lot of information, but don't hesitate to start as many threads as you wish with your questions.
I would say your husband is still there because like most of us our loved ones want to to help, it's good to have family support but they can't understand how you feel. Though you should keep sharing with them, and we are always here for support if you need us.
