I have moved this thread here to Introductions so it gets noticed, if you wanted it left in Test please let me know. Psoriasis can get you down and I always say try to keep positive. Yes it's difficult at times but accepting you have it goes a long way to coping. Have a good look around the forum for different things that could help, what works for some may not work for others.

Just join in and get talking to others you will soon find it helps to share. Also have you seen a Dermatologist? I would recommend getting referred as they know more about it than your G.P
