Coconut oil tips for psoriasis

I use a pumice stone once a day on my affected areas and apply coconut oil at least three times a day. Right now it is enough of a treatment that I do not itch, flake very little and the only system is red skin. Not ideal but Im 65 so it does not matter as much......
if and when this treatment is not enough, then I will move on to something more powerful. |
