Exercise is good for overall health. In my rigorous exercise, skating, the effect of sweating seems to worsen the places where psoriasis is most active. Showering as soon as I can after exercise seems to help that.

But, overall, exercise has brought zero improvement to my skin. It provides strength and happiness, though.

Fred, your work in the garden is pretty good exercise. Smile
