Any advice or recommendations?

It depends what route you want to take. Some prefer to try the naturel approach, some like, light therapy, others prefer pills, and people like me find only the Bio's help.

I would suggest reading up on the forum to see what you would prefer.

Once you have an idea of what you would prefer you can put your choices in the Search facility (when logged-in and find others experiences or medical studies.

When you have narrowed it down a bit and built up your knowledge of your choices go and talk to your dermatologist and see what He/She thinks. *Remember it's your body so only use what you are happy trying.

You will never cure it and you need to work with your dermatologist to find what works best for you, it can take time and just as you think you have found the right treatment it could fail.
