welcome to the club, I am lucky to have never progressed to biological treatments yet, but it sounds to me as if Bimzelx is not right for you if you are experiencing so many side effects, I would be inclined to see if you can change the bio you are on and use one of the older ones as Fred suggested , from my memory Stelara seems to be well tolerated by most of our members that have used it
Enjoy your time here and look around the off topic section if you need your spirits lifted there are some very interesting and some funny threads to join in or just browse
