Tanning addiction in psoriasis patients

Am I the only one that doesn’t care about a tan? The only tan I get is from walking my dogs - they get about 4 miles a day (~6.4 km).

No I don't care about getting a tan, it just happens and I end up with a brown head, face and arms. The rest is like a little pink piggy 

I feel asleep in a hammock once after swimming… I looked like a tan and pink checkerboard for about a week.
