Philips launch wearable light treatment for psoriasis

What a great little aid for mild cases of psoriasis.
I still,have an old Philips UV lamp which I got many years ago and this sounds so much better not using UV rays sounds great
I hope it becomes commercially available its the sort of thing if my treatment wasn't working I would buy
.
It will be interesting to know what price they will market it at.
Also will it be a treatment that gets prescribed on the NHS
Overall impression by me is good it's another tool out there

It says "It will be prescribed by physicians and available through distributors in The Netherlands, Germany and The UK from October 2014." So I would assume you need a prescription for it, maybe worth asking your dermatologist Jim.

It would be good if someone here got one to give it a try and report back.
