I totally agree with you. In the western world, they easily can go underground. Like you say by means of small forums, but also there are other ways of for instance unbreakable encryption. You cannot stop them in these ways.
So what they are doing is the same as we are doing with psoriasis, we are suppressing the symptoms. If we would go for solving psoriasis then we would have to go for the source.
With them it is the same, they fight the symptoms, but not the origin, the producers, so still there will be people suffering because it is still being produced.
So the leads for me to the conclusion that it is all about a different goal, as the people who do this are not insane (or maybe they are) and the real goal is “control”.. because that is what they really want.
At the same time introducing serious vulnerabilities in the web of the internet.
Recently we had a hack into our medical systems, and millions of patients data was stolen. And as they register too much, also very serious information was stolen.
