Drug induced psoriasis is typically relieved by stopping the medication. For example, certain blood pressure medications and some NSAIDs are associated with drug induced psoriasis. Stopping these medications typically relieve these symptoms. However, this may not apply to people who actually have chronic psoriasis. It’s something that would need to be discussed with your doctor.
For example my dad had a clotting disease and his medication significantly impacted his psoriasis, but the doctor said live with it because the risk of clotting by not taking the medication was significantly high enough to out weigh the psoriasis problem.
