I have had no problem with the Stelara and I don't want to change to a bio similar even though my doctor would like me to change,my consultant at the Spire has said he wouldn't be willing to do that.
I have had no issues with it at all.

You are lucky that you're able to stay on Stelara, Dave.  I had to switch from Humira to a biosimilar called Hyrimoz because it's a lot cheaper (still expensive, though) than Humira.
