Weren't you taking one shot every four weeks for a while?  (You used to take two shots every eight weeks but found having one every four weeks worked better for you, right?)

Yes

I explained to the pharmacie that I had switched to one shot 160mg every 4 weeks and she said she could change it, but I thought I would give it a try to see if it made a difference.

So now this will return to one dose each eight weeks? 

No I'll go back to one every 4 weeks
