Got to agree ............. Me as someone with no will power the idea of lifestyle changes will just make me miserable and that's not good for psoriasis

Nope it's not good being miserable, and we get one shot at life. What we choose to do with that one shot is our choice, ok we may cock it up occasionally but at least it was Our life we lived and not one of someone behind a desk telling us what's good and what isn't.
