Got to agree ............. Me as someone with no will power the idea of lifestyle changes will just make me miserable and that's not good for psoriasis Confused

Nope it's not good being miserable, and we get one shot at life. What we choose to do with that one shot is our choice, ok we may cock it up occasionally but at least it was Our life we lived and not one of someone behind a desk telling us what's good and what isn't.
We all know what we should do and I don't think its my dermatologists place to push lifestyle changes. It's bad enough having psoriasis without being preached to.
In these days of instant news and Internet its easy for anyone to find a diet and fitness regime if they wanted.... I'm happy with my lot,
