It'so just lying besides me on the edge of the mattress, there is a movement sensor in it.
In the morning it detects if I am getting awake, you start to move more when you are almost awake, and if it detects that it wakes me up. It makes it easier to stand up when you are almost awake other then coming from a deep sleep.
