Fumaderm stomach cramps

Hi Folks,
I'm on Fumaderm for the first time and got to the Blue tabs, 3 times a day, without any problems, then boom! Omg! Stomach cramps and the runs, has anyone come across anything that alleviates either of these issues? Big Grin
