Apart from running out of the product and needing to use savalon cream mixed with epaderm moisturiser I have only used this product.

I can see improvement, best seen in the morning before clothes have had a chance to irritate my skin. My psoriasis hasn't come up as thick as it normally does and redness has reduced, the burning I get is calming down and my skin feels better, husband said it feels softer!

I had an itchy night from hell last night :-( but the bed isn't covered in blood or a massive amount of flakes and my skin doesn't look to bad considering how much I did scratch.........I was waking myself up with how much I did! At one point I got up and it some of the product on, which did help.

I agree with you guys about how creams can work,the last time I got clear skin I was using Nivea light cleansing lotion, but if this stuff work if only for a while then I will be glad of trying it and wouldn't think twice of how much I have spent.
