Indeed Patrick, the flushes stay, but they cannot be predicted. They indeed last for 15-25 minutes, and the intensity varies. They are harmless and even not uncomfortable.
Intestinal cramps, I do not really have them, but I am not on fumaderm, which probably explains that.
What I do have, is that my stools can be unstable. Also that is unpredictable and even may have a relation with your food. E.g. when I eat fish, I can set the clock, and on my other side it will come out very thin. (Bit of a dirty talk, but let's be a bit direct on this
