3 weeks now!

Last night I had a night from hell :-(
It has been a very sticky day and after long walk I came home and put some of the product on, around that time I started my what pushchair to buy shopping which really stressed me out, I found that I started to scratch and scratch and scratch, I had a shower to try and ease the sticky itchy feeling but no good I applied more product but I just continued to scratch. I ended up in agony, my arms, legs, and tum turned bright red and burned, I wanted to just peel my skin off I sat outside for a while to try and cool my arms in the end my lovely husband got me to sit down and put cold towels on me, he froze a few too in case I needed cooling in the night.
I went off to bed and put the fan on high and tried so hard not to scratch, it was one very long night with little sleep and some blood shed!
I ended up putting savalon on as I have always found it rather soothing.
This morning my skin didn't look anything like I had expected, I was awaiting raw skin all over and still very red but it all seemed rather calm and only small evidence of the nights scratching!

My skin on my arms has felt tighter today and a bit dry, but things could have been much worse.

Im starting to wonder if my main trigger is getting stressed or anxious and then the scratching that comes from that as I'm not sure my skin is always itchy before I start to scratch.

This product has a few more weeks with me trying!
I'm half hoping and wishing though that it all clears or starts to calm a lot more once I finish working!!!

On the plus side I've managed to get a couple of discount vouchers so I can get 10% off the product.

If all else fails I will be back to the derm and no doubt on some more wonderful drugs!!!!
