Psoriasis awareness month

I wish I was that brave. I dare not show a picture to anyone and I don't go out anymore unless I am covered up. Too many cruel people about and yet again my self esteem is at a low yet again. I did reply to a post yesterday I think it was Billy who wrote it. But that did not help me in fact I felt worse after I had replied to him. Sad really that I cannot dig myself out of this hole.
