Good morning Andy and 
to the forum. I'm glad you found your way here, it's a very friendly supportive club we have and as you have probably seen it is very active and the health boards are constantly being updated, I hope you will enjoy your time with us . Here you will find we all have the same problems and support and help each other through the bad times and we still come back even when we have no change in the disease. I find its a great place to learn what works and doesn't work for people. Psoriasis is a strange disease and reading through the introductions proves that there isn't a one treatment suits all. But there is treatment that will work for you. Learn from the health boards what is available and come back and ask questions there is usually someone with an answer
I think psoriasis tended to make me a loner as I would rather be alone than getting close to people and getting sympathetic looks ...... That all changed for me with the treatment in on which changed my life.
Mine isn't available in America but the biologicals are read up on them and try to get on one of those
