@Kat & @Jim Like I said each to their own. I wouldn't entertain a diet of green juice to help psoriasis yet some say it works, but I try to avoid as many chemicals as I can (especially ones that are known to be bad for you) To me a cream or shampoo containing paprabens can be substituted with something that doesn't I use Cadum products and they work just as well in my opinion.

As you can see Andy, we all have different opinions on Psoriasis Club but me manage to get our points across to each other without any arguments. That's what makes it the friendly place it is, we can disagree but we will always support one another.  Smile

As for the Oatmeal thing yes it does help, here they give you Wheat Starch baths if you have to go in (not so messy as Oats). I had a week of them and they were fantastic, makes your skin feel all soft and soothed.

I also have a Water Softener and they are very good, I would recommend anyone to get one if you have hard water. They make your skin soft, your cloths are soft, you use less soap, it keeps your washing machine & dishwasher free from lime scale, and the added bonus of making life a lot easier in cleaning the shower.

And yep there is hope, you can live with it. But it may take time to find what works for you, and there will always be setbacks as you have it for life. But if you get real desperate Jim will always give you a Man Hug. 85
