calling all arthritis sufferers!!! Pain in arms...

Oh no!!! not the  
Can barely lift my arms up, let alone hug people! Unless you want me shouting 'aaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggg!!!!' in your ears.

Thanks for your replies. I'd better go and chop my arms off now...
On second thoughts, perhaps I should just take some paracetamol. That may be a better idea  

Oh sorry about the hug    I have been in the agony position where I couldn't move my arm a couple of times last year although I don't think I have psoriatic arthritis. It came on fairly quickly while I was driving and had to let my wife drive home. The pain was intense and I couldn't get out of the car without help the next morning I was no better and went to the doctor he gave me diclofenac which shifted the pian in a couple,of hours ......... The next time it happened I had left over tablets and took one and the pain went and mobility came back swiftly .... Now I'm not saying that's the same as you but it does sound familiar. So maybe an anti inflammatory may do the trick

Thank you for that suggestion. Will see if it gets any better in the next day or so. If not I will go to the doctors
