So pointless

I have also had a pointless and disappointing appointment with my dermatologist today, I felt positive before I got there, as I was told at my last appointment that since stelara was no longer working for me, it was time to try something else, remicade was discussed, I did some research and from what I found, it had positive results. I'm in so much pain with my skin at the minute, and I hate the looks I get from people, but I didn't get one ounce of sympathy at the hospital. My pasi is 32 so I deffo reach the criteria for remicade but I've been told I have to wait, as there is a long waiting list, I was offered exorex and refused point blank as last time I had a severe allergy to it, (which you would think the derm would know!) anyway I came away with no treatment, no indication of how long I have to wait, no follow up appointment and no hope :-( Why is it so difficult to get decent dermatologists!!
