My issue is. At the moment my body is clear/clearing but my legs are slow to respond. I have 8 sessions left to clear my legs. If i go on Acetretin for 3 months it may work and I have the side effects but the biggest issue is that coming off it will probably cause a bad flare, I've yet to read about anyone who has came off and didn't get a bad flare. I'll make another post asking about this. Also the drug causes flare ups are the start of the course as well.

So should I risk it or see if my guttate psoriasis clears by itself after the UVB if my legs haven't cleared by then? I've read that guttate psoriasis will clear up on it own eventually.
