Aloe Vera..... I suffer with very bad psoriasis, currently 90% covered last year I tried nothing but aloe Vera for 8 weeks drinking high does and applying....it was awful and dried my skin out a friend said she would of dipped me in oil it looked so bad....so a lot of cost and not much good for me I'm afraid (but what's doesn't work for one may work for another)
Now considering the amount of psoriasis I have my scalp is doing really well, I use head and shoulders MENTHOL (must be menthol) I put it on leave it for a min then wash out, I came across it by accident once when I had run out of prescribed shampoo and it cleared my scalp a lot on first wash (again what works for one etc) but for the sake of a few quid wrth a shot
As for a prescribed shampoo I used to use Etrivex shampoo, apply a small amount leave for 15 mins then wash out!!!
