to the forum. You will find us a helpful friendly bunch here .....always ready to listen and offer our experiences of what was our triggers and what we have done to try to control it .
Fred has already told you that there is no one trigger that causes outbreaks on people but in my case it was usually bad throat infections ... As soon as one starts I fear a flare of my psoriasis .
Initially I think it was stress that first triggered my psoriasis as I had just started serious " courting" and the stress of a serious relationship must have brought it on.
It's possible in your case that the bleach incident may have caused it, but I think it's fair to say if it had not been that another trigger would probably caused it to erupt
I hope you find the forum interesting and Fred has pointed you at some good threads to read
