to the forum I hope you can find some answers to your question but it is impossible to say for certain without a proper diagnosis and the best place to get that is from a dermatologist.... To me what you describe could well be psoriasis. Have a look at this description Guttate Psoriasis also known as Eruptive / Raindrop Psoriasis / Paintbrush Psoriasis it could be this but do see a professional for your peace of mind. Steroid creams are a good place to start with the treatment of psoriasis, but it will take a bit of time to start working
I hope it isn't psoriasis, and it's something that can be cleared up simply.
